Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:

 

Financing available-

Please contact us for more information on obtaining a credit application. All applications are subject to credit approval.

 

Free Layaway –

Available on “In Store” purchases – This plan is perfect for someone that has found the furniture that they want, but not quite ready for it. We require a 25% deposit to start your layaway. From invoice start date you will have (depending on the merchandise) up to 90 days to pay off your furniture. We require a payment every 2 weeks during the term of the layaway. Please be sure about your purchase. No refunds, store credits or exchanges will be accepted. Feel free to contact us with any questions.

 

In Store Sales – 

All “In Store” Sales are subject to a 25% Restocking Fee. Merchandise purchased and not picked up or delivered within 120 days from date of purchase, will be voided.  No refunds, credits or exchanges.

 

Special Orders –

Merchandise purchased that is not in stock in “our store warehouse” is considered a Special Order.

No Refunds or Cancellations on Special Orders.  No returns will be accepted

 

Internet Sales –

Sales shipped out of the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area are FINAL. Please be sure of your purchase.

8.25% Sales tax applies to Texas residents only.

Orders within a 35 mile radius of our store that are picked up at our store or delivered by our in house delivery personnel are subject to our “In Store Sales return and cancellation policy.”

 

Delivery Time:

Delivery time is approximate and can vary depending on availability and/or trucking schedule. If availability will cause a delay, customer will be informed via email.    

Disclaimers:

Dallas Dinettes Furniture Center tries to ensure that the website contains accurate information (descriptions, pricing…..). However, we cannot guarantee that the website is free of errors. We reserve the right to make any corrections and cancel an order due to an error with full refund.  Please note that photos of our products and the color options are subject to different screen resolution outputs and other related technical factors that are not in our control. We cannot guarantee the colors to be completely accurate. Keep in mind when ordering that there might be variations in color from the photos on our website to your finished product.

We do ask that you please call prior to pick up of the order to make sure that your order is ready and available.

Customers will need to bring extra blankets and straps to tie down merchandise. Dallas Dinettes Furniture Center does not supply extra wrapping or tie downs and is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the furniture or your vehicle after leaving our warehouse.  When you pick up your order at our store, we assemble your product “At No Extra Charge”. Keep in mind that some items cannot be completely assembled because of the size and the ability to transport in your vehicle safely.

 

Delivery with our company truck:

 

We offer White Glove Delivery services within a 35 mile radius of our store. All our deliveries within the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex area are done with our company trucks and our experienced personnel. All local deliveries include set-up as well as removal of all trash. Please contact us for current delivery rates.

Nationwide shipping on secure national carriers is available: 

 

We will be able to offer you the lowest freight rates available at the time of your purchase. Un-packing and set-up of merchandise is not available when shipping through freight carriers. We only ship to the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping is not available to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada at this time. 48 hours after your order has been placed, we will provide you with an estimated delivery time. Delivery time is approximate and can vary depending on availability and/or trucking schedule. If availability will cause a delay, customer will be informed via email.

Receiving your furniture shipment (Outside the D/FW Metroplex Area)-

 

We will notify you by email once your furniture has been picked up by the freight carrier. This email will contain the freight company’s tracking pro number that has been assigned to your shipment. Once your furniture shipment arrives at the shipping terminal in your city, the freight company will call you in order to  set up a a date and time for your delivery.  All furniture is inspected by us or vendor representative prior to shipping to you. Although transit damage is not a common occurence, it can happen. Your number one priority when receiving your shipment is inspection for any possible shipping damages. Any and all damages found MUST be notated on the delivery receipt. All pieces are insured against shipping damages through the freight company and all claims for damages will be filed through the freight carrier. Notify us immediately if you find any damage in order to get instructions.
